Chartered in 1932, IBEW Local 714 is 600 members strong, and we currently have offices in Minot and Bismarck. Our region includes western North Dakota where our members provide service and training in the construction, electrical contracting, telecommunications, and broadcasting industries.

Telecommunications & Broadcasting
In addition to serving the electrical contracting industry, Local 714 also represents the employees of Souris River Telecommunications and United Telephone Mutual Aid. Our members in these industries provide a variety of services including: customer service representatives, splicer technicians, OSP installers, lineman installers, TV technicians, to plant records clerks.
